if solicitors can't sort out the smallprint, then there really is no hope is there? It won't be in the style of the Campaign for Plain English, that's for sure.

i went there the other day for free 1/2 advice the young lady was only intrested in my name & address, i said i only want some advice she said you would have to make another appointment, soo never got any advice,ther is nothing for free in this life??????????????????? refred refred refred

There's a classic problem here; how can a client judge the work of a professional? By definition, you don't know your problem so are reliant on the advice given!

As a rule of thumb Mr Marx, I always start at the fact that solicitors are all bounders and barristers are all fcuking bounders.
