It will be a nightmare to get to in that location as the traffic in Pompey is horrendous....spectacular but impractical.

I would be amazed if it gets granted planning permission

the pompey idea is just an extension of what they do at wembley on match days.the down fall is that the trains into portsmouth unlike the ones serving london are small low capacity units,so unless there are plans to sort the rail-links as well then it won't work.

They could have made it look realistic at least. A couple of innocent bystanders/visitors admiring the stadium while someone pilfers their back pocket. Easy to have drawn in I'm sure.
