£100 odd quid for 6 people fook me the worlds gone barmy

When you go to places abroad where you can get much nicer food for less than a quid per person and beer also less than a quid per bottle, while also enjoying nice sunshine all year round you realise how shit this country is!

I reckon Kev probably lives in one of them countries..possibly without the sun though depending on where in China he lives

rolfl rolfl Aye too right it is.... I mean £2.60-2.70 for a drink is included in that £16 too, Shocking!! I expect Steak, Chips, Salad and a Beer to be at least £8!

I think £16 per head is a cracking price really, Especially for good quality food in a well looked after resteraunt

Kev lives in the tropical South West of China. Plenty of sun ta. 88 today.

We (four of us) went out on Saturday night for my mates birthday to the Hans Beer House, a mock up of a German Bier Keller.

We had lamb boiled in stock at the table, potato cakes with sesame, beans with chilli, pork and potatoes, fan li, a type of noodle, four ice creams and two litre jugs of the house stout.

13.60 quid the lot.

dont know whether this is an urban myth but a cappie told me a bloke got through out by the manager in there for calling it that, i been there loads of times had the mussels very nice for a good cheap meal you cant beat the golden gate on church st on a sunday 5 courses £8.95 and you can choose anything of the menu as long is not king prawns unlike the seaton tandoori where you just get a set menu of about 5 choices
