At last someone has found something bordering on worthwhile to do at Beamish...it's so old fashioned that place

Well I managed to complete what was to prove quite a gruelling tough hilly 10km route to be honest after having done 2 laps of the museum it was mostly off road muddy inclines.

My finishing time was 52:07, and sadly I failed to beat the tram on the 1st circuit, it surprsingly goes at a canny pace, I may have beaten it if they'd stopped to pick up wifeys and gadgies with their shopping. Only the first four runners (top boys) were victorious over the tram.

I've got a quarter of rhubarb 'n' custard sweets and some cinder toffee for you Butchers Block
