Never heard it mr glasses but even so wouldnt swap for the two albums I've been playing today - latest Arcade Fire and Kings of Leon albums.
There's lots of pap around these days but there's still some fine current music about thank god.

Having said that the album I've been playing most the last week is one of the two GroovyCrimes sent me - and that includes Del Shannon, Vince Taylor and the Playboys, Swinging Medallions, Chocolate Watch Band, Dusty Wilson and many many more tremendous oldies. (thanks mister)

well said the kings of leon are brilliant and nock out a good tune, there is a lot of drosh out there like the gossip and the killers for instance

Guillemots guano on the lot of yer modern bands (imho)! Antony and his Johnsons does the same to yer Wainwrights and all the rest of yer singer songwriters. Really can't do with young Wainwright - a case of a good old un is best. Bring on his dad and his Dead Skunk I say!
