LINE UP

Renamed in memory of John Hawksworth, a stalwart member who passed this day 2nd August 2020. RIP Mr Monkeybutt.

Sadly we must add the name of Kevin Minton, Aka Mr Ripper who passed 30/6/22. Kev was also Mr politically incorrect but a nicer lad you could never meet.

Francis missing, I presume injured. A few on here were saying he looked as though he was carrying a knock in past games. Fingers croseed its nowt long term. Good to see Benn is back from hamstring problem. Fingers crossed for a point or three.

I feel sorry for skipper Parkes as he was one of our best players last season but so far we are better off without him this season. It will be interesting to see how he will be used as a sub today.

Not sure anybody would pay a fee for him. Loan or free transfer?

With the possible exception of Francis, when everyone is fit I think that is our best starting 11.

Francis was hobbling before he went off on Wednesday night and had a huge ice pack on his knee when the players came over to the fans after the game - he always comes over to the kids in the MH terracing and lets them take selfies on him.

I would have Campbell on the bench before Folarin so it is a strange one--also would have him on in front of Feather/Hunter/Walker same player triumvate

Campell brings nothing to our team, had high hopes of him when we signed him, but he brought nothing at all........Nobody in their right mind would pay a fee for him......... I would add the same about Foralin.
