Just checked the BBC website and Mancini didn't even make the squad for Rochdale.
I think we made the correct decision.

Arguably this league is getting tougher as more and more ex EFL teams (bigger? clubs) are in their together with the newer ones with money and a desire to reach the promised land of the EFL.

I think we all know that Rochdale have got a player there that might be awesome for four games but otherwise will be endlessly "recovering" (probably in France, having his bills paid by Rochdale).

you and loyal are both correct. thats how flustrating it is finishing mid table. its a case of what could have happened both ways. turned many draws into wins would have seen the play offs but losing the draws and cleary not arriving it could have gone the other way.

As for the breath fresh air, Airwick would have been a better option![]()

He clearly has injury challenges but was one of the few things worth
watching the last couple of years and was obviously popular in the dressing room
So hardly a shirker…
Whatever he does at Rochdale I would have thought most were at least sorry to see him go without realizing his potential…though some fans prefer donkeys like charman running with his head down and ‘putting it about’ by giving away needless freekicks I suppose
