Brilliant by Nick Ferrari.

They are taking the piss- 28% rise in one year and they're still whining.![]()
I've lost out on thousands in the last 17 years too with constant pay freezes, or a token 1%, whilst also having my 'gold plated' pension downgraded to pewter - even though I'm paying more in.
In fact the years we did get a rise, they took more off us in pension contributions so I ended up actually worse off. That's without the rise in the cost of living and the Liz Truss disaster, which is still costing me monthly, in increased mortgage repayments.![]()
Think they should be grateful for what they've been offered and get on with the job they're paid to do. Can't see the public supporting them, should this continue.

The exact opposite of what happened between 1950 and 1979, when thanks to the Labour and trades union movement, money was taken from the rich and diverted towards the poor, with improved pay, conditions, services and infrastructure.

That was a Party Political Broadcast for the Labour Party that doesn’t exist anymore.

They are living up to the ‘junior’ title with their total lack of relativity to other wage earners.
