The name rings a bell, but that’s all![]()

We might have a chance- depends if he wants to test himself in the EFL, though would he be guaranteed a start, or just a squad player?
You'd hope.given the choice of us and FGR, he would choose the Poolie Carnivores, over Linda McCartney's mob!

I'd bet a few quid he'll be off to Oldham. They'll pay him what he wants and he'd have FL football and probably wouldn't need to move house.

Would be very happy to sign him- though think that's a little fanciful that we could compete against massive clubs like York, Carlisle and Rochdale. More than likely be the latter two, if he's leaving Fylde

I was thinking the same when I heard he'd been released, good solid pro who belies his years, would improve our midfield definitely. Worshipped at Boro.

That would be a major statement of intent.
I'd even come out of boycott mode if that happened.
But no chance Radio Tees reckon he's got some youth academy job at Leeds lined up.

Kevin- you turncoat!![]()
On Howson- he could still take the Leeds job and play for Pools- just a reverse of what Gary Liddle is doing at Whitby?

No player goes from about 20k a week to Pools the next season.
Unless Shells has won the Euro millions lottery!!!
