Billingham Town

Renamed in memory of John Hawksworth, a stalwart member who passed this day 2nd August 2020. RIP Mr Monkeybutt.

Sadly we must add the name of Kevin Minton, Aka Mr Ripper who passed 30/6/22. Kev was also Mr politically incorrect but a nicer lad you could never meet.

So you'll be getting one then? Look forward to your weekly match reports on their progress.

something something lawnmowers.

Anyway yeah, credit to Billingham Town for charging £25 a season ticket, no doubt if Pools did that people would be moaning WE WON'T MAKE ANY MONEY THAT WAY, please lord Raj charge me the most extortionate fee for a season ticket that you can.

Before anyone here accuses me of exaggerating, I swear to God a few people on Facebook complained a few seasons ago that we didn't raise our prices as high as other NL clubs, it was that, or Martin Jesper changing the concession bracket...wonder how many of the same people who defended Jesper doing that had meltdowns over Starmer's winter fuel plans.

extra people through the gates mean extra food, drink, programme and merchandise sales = win win.

i do believe the sponsor subsidises the cheap tickets
