In the Mail.
Our MP applauding himself that he's finally put an end to our extortion C. Tax.

See what next March brings.

Also good video on YouTube with someone going into the Civic centre with his phone on record regarding refuge in his street.

Knows his full rights and puts the lot of them in his back pocket.
Pure Quality.
I'd vote for him if he's interested in getting involved in the parliament of Hartlepool.

Down here the cutting of grass verges has been reduced to two a year in April and October so you can imagine what they look like now..A brown bin will set you back £80 a year..It's a quid to use one of the seafront toilets...Then there's the £28k grant awarded to clean up chewing gum..

Depends how much government funding they receive as over the years it has reduced year on year forcing the councils to increase council tax, cut services or manage their money better , this is what the governments have said.

The rich shires have been well funded for years at the expense of towns like Hartlepool. If the funding formula of the government grant element is changed to favour more deprived towns the likes of Hartlepool will greatly benefit and be able to put right the cuts of the past years. The losers will be able to make cuts to balance the budget easily.
We must make sure that it is spent on value for money services that help the community and not go back to the days of inefficient and ineffective councils.
