A pitch update- please?

This wall of silence is surely unparalleled in modern day football

So as we haven't managed to re-sign- our two best players (yet)

Managed to recruit any new players

Or seemingly any closer to resolving Rajgate

Can we have an update on the the pitch?
Has new drainage been put in?
Has it been scarified?
Has it had any work done to it- that might remotely improve the playing surface?

Or is all that on hold too? :angry-tappingfoot:

might be a cunning plan to play a game when no player can actually see the ball and the only part of campbell we,ll see is his head.

Be very wary if we sign lots of short players then…..pigmytastic….away games could be a problem though.

Got rid of the wife, off to Ripon with her mates……Aaah bliss…Now the daughter has turned up to show me the 76 stitches of her operation…I declined the offer….
followed by the window cleaner turning up to tell me he won’t be around today to clean the windows …. but will come another day….then I thought , he never comes on any set day and just turns up randomly so what’s he on about, so decided not to point it out and just go along with him….he said he had to fly as he had a few more calls to make…… banghead

The Paul Frost propaganda piece showed the pitch being scarified if I remember rightly. It's still on the OS if you want to check - I'm not sitting through it again

The clip showing Curle was edited a from Undr the Cosh edition, not a recent interview, nought to say the scarifying wasn’t an old clip as well ? It used be done straight after the season was finished so the pitch would be ready for the start of the season. All the schools cup final games stopped being played at the Vic because of this. Not an expert but I doubt if scarifying which requires re seeding being now or recently it would be playable for the start of the season ?

Curles clip was cut, What was said next was not shown.
Scarifying pitch was done after the junior tournament held by the 1908Club, Pics were on X

I stand corrected then about the pitch, I don’t always look at X, nothing was said next on the clip was critical of RS.

What he said was approx " 3 weeks later HE SACKED me" sounds critical to me.
