Can we stop blaming the club….it’s been around a long time and is an inanimate object.
Criticise the ‘passing by’ owners who come with promises and bring hope …then disappoint and eventually bugger off on the horse they rode in on.
A club’s destiny is in the hands of the owners…direct you vitriol, anger, frustration and other emotions at them, the club is probably as sick as we are.

I agree , the club ,as you define it, has a huge amount of goodwill from fans and the community. The owners are the ones who screw the ' emotional contact' we feel about our club.

its just a word though that some describe the owners and board members. when you say that word you are not thinking of the wider use of it.

I never associate the word with the owners, because they’re all just passing through.
