Don’t seem to if the Coughlan story is true….who is making recruitment decisions ? Monks and Lennie ?

We’ve been served up some shite down the years but I think this year could be the worst ever….just a basic lack of care and competence running throughout the club with basic basic mistakes made time and again with no accountability

What a circus we are…and no prizes for guessing who the head clown is !

If Pools aren't going to pay the fee Boston want for Graham Coughlan that's another fine mess this regime has got itself into.

What do they do next - waste more time looking at other options or go back to Anthony Limbrick and as good as say, 'We don't really want you but you're all we've got'?

It's worse than they treated Phillips last season because KP never actually got to see the contract he'd been promised - Limbrick signed his months ago. You wonder when he found out they were after somebody else? Same time as us when there was a press report?

Needs sorting out early next week one way or the other - though nobody will be surprised if it isn't.

Just another fecking part of this whole farce our club has become under this shower.
Every facet of the club is deep in blacked out confusion with no direction or destination, we’re wallowing in a fog of of ineptitude taken to a new low.

You couldn't make this bollocks up. Someone is managing to organise a new strip manufacturer, make a Raj promo film (probably paid for by yet another loan to the club) and put feelers out and fail to get a new manager before the present one has been sacked. Someone is also organising pre season friendlies even though we have only 6 players contracted for the 25/26 season.

Out of those six players only one is any good at this level (Parkes) and two are player/coaches. The player/coaches being Smith (a poor keeper) and Feathers (past it).

To be honest the position of manager is the least of our problems. We don't actually have a team right now and given what he had to work with last season Limbrick has been an improvement on most of his recent predecessors.

Tom Parkes
Sam Folarin
Luke Charman
Adam Campbell
Adam Smith*
Nicky Featherstone*
*contracted to a Player/Coach role.

Players who have had options activated and therefore remain under contract for 2025/26:

Fecking Goosey Goosey Gander more like….

Goosey, Gooey Raj,
kissing the Poolie badge,
Will he go or will he stay,
He’ll have to tell us …one day

So how much longer,
Sitting on the fence,
Because all this,
Just makes no sense.
So make your mind up,
Let us know.
If you’re gonna stay or go. :angry-tappingfoot:

So far that's horrendous and I ain't expecting any serious upgrades to the squad.
The £380 ST is a piss take.
No Early Bird Extension.

But let's give it time.

Raj appears happy to torture the fans as we plumit into the NLN.
I've said it before but winding up HUFC and starting again debt free would be a preferable solution to this mess. I don't think there would be any problem finding a decent buyer/owner as debt is clearly the obstacle at present.

People just disappear - aren't we still waiting on the announcement that Carl Dickinson has left the club?

Maybe nobody saw him sneaking out - probably think he's still in the Gym! sctatchinghead

we are just like other clubs who have dropped into the northern section over the last few years. all have been totally crap being run even if a decent majority of fans stayed with there club. scunthorpe, york and stockport were just as bad as we were when they got relegated. like life, sometimes you have to reach rock botton before things turn around in your favour.

'This bus drives itself!' (Gordon Watson circa 2001)

Edit-

As we've only got 10 players, the team picks itself and we're going to play a Rush Keeper!

We got Super Lennie who is multi-skilled.
Has vast experience and can cover a lot of roles.

He could be the new Player /Manager.
Play up front to replace Joe Grey.

Them £380 are STs are Gunna be souvenirs in the future.

Think positive lads.
Remember how late Southend got took over last season and don't forget the open transfer window which all previous managers get privileged to use.

And cut Sir Sing a bit of slack ya miserable moaning fuckas

UTP.

It would not surprise me one bit if "You know who" is deliberately waiting until Joe & Mani get fixed up else where.
After all he said when asked "I did not know if the NEW OWNERS would want them"
Tells me there has been no Attempt since the offer was placed on the table.

I'm sure come the end of the month all last seasons contracts come to an end.
So the wage bill with 8(10) players will be drastically reduced.

He might pump 95k Xtra into the club out of his own pocket to keep the Audilation of his mini mini fanclub happy.

He likes to do things his way only.

Sing out. :angry-tappingfoot:

We'll get properly rinsed, before he finally fucks off. I suspect there will be a lot more shit thrown at us before he eventually departs.

In my opinion, he ain't going anywhere until he's collected all the season ticket money plus whatever pittance due in TV money.. Worst case be mid Nov after we've bailed out of both cup competitions.

We've just got to hope there are 4 worse teams than us, in the league- that's how far we're about to sink.

feel its a way he can shove both his fingers up to us when he departs. odd how after he left darlo he then went to there biggest rivals as if we were the only club he could have got involved with. Coincidence or what.
