The National League confirmed the key dates for the 2025/26 season during their Annual General Meeting over the weekend.

Fixtures will be released on Wednesday, July 9 ahead of the first matchday on Saturday, August 9.

The final matchday of the regular season will be on Saturday, April 25, while the Promotion Finals are set to take place on the weekend of May 9th/10th.

Confirmation of key dates for the 2025/26 season:
Fixture Release Day: Wednesday, July 9
Opening Day: Saturday, August 9
Closing Day: Saturday, April 25
Promotion Finals: Saturday, May 9/Sunday, May 10

therefore we know pools will have no games after april 25th. so we can book our holidays without any fear.

Hopefully the club will be in a position to start the season. We've all got skin in the game, despite everything. I'm always glad to start booking trains for trips, even if it is to watch Pools matches away from home.
