They need and seek too much attention and want people to admire them. People with this disorder may lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others.
But behind this mask of extreme confidence, they are not sure of their self-worth and are easily upset by the slightest criticism.

trying to work out how many people there is who are not like that especially those in the public eye who have some power. even many on commitees of some rag bag organisation are like that and i,m covering the screen fear the denholme over 50,s chairwoman is not watching.

I worked for a guy like this and it's an impossible situation to manage.

I've worked for people like that in the past too.
Suffice to say I don't work with them anymore.

In my experience the worst ones are know nowt women, who feel threatened and act in very underhanded ways, to push their own cause, whilst trying their level best to make you look a bit shit. I suppose that's what happens when you work in a heavily woman dominated environment, such as Education!

and live on the fact that they are women and men will not give them back the same amount of shit that they,ll give us. a case of playing the sex card.

Correct Accy. You call them out on it and you get accused of being aggressive- unlike their passive aggression, that is perfectly fine.

At least if you disagree with a male boss/ colleague- you can have an exchange of views and move on. Women in the workplace, bit like at home just won't/ can't let things go, and very rarely take or accept responsibility for anything!
