With only one game left this afternoon and too close to call, what four teams would you like to see next season from these two leagues.

For me
North Scunthorpe & Chester (fingers crossed Spennymoor make and win the playoffs)

South Truro & Worthing

Can't see Spennymoor doing it now.
Maybe next season.

Anyhow hopefully sometime next week we are still Deffo in this piss poor division.

An announcement before game 46 will end this shit show and get us fans n players staff etc knowing we have a future with ambition.

Still highly in the balance.

Truro City. For John Askey, another decent man terminated by the Rajinator.

Don't really care other than them.

From a like point of view. Scunthorpe, Hereford, Torquay and Dorking, but from a Pools point of view, the four least likely to make an impression in the NL next season, Eastbourne, Maidstone, Kidderminster, Curzon Ashton

not bothered about the southern clubs but want the two northern ones to be northern and none of that brackley, hereford or kings lynn bollox. would make the league even more southern based then especially if york or oldham join barnet going up.

Wouldn’t mind Kidderminster coming back up. One of the (if not the) best pies I’ve had at a football ground.
Knowing our luck it’ll be Kings Lynn, Hereford, Truro, Torquay

Automatic is either Kidderminster or Brackley. Brackley play basket case Farsley at home so are guaranteed a win, so need Kidderminster to win at Southport or it's Brackley.

Fancy Southend myself, if they fail to go up, but Carlisle will be top 3 I'd imagine.

think his luck with injured players did not help as the bloke seemed to sound more depressed every week and it must have gone on to the players as well. doubt things could have got any worse for him the day he was sacked and has done brilliantly to get back into club management never mind heading a champions team. if only he had some luck with us as once we played at chesterfield all the luck he had was bad.

The shaggers rich US backers splashed the money THIS season, signed up virtually a full new squad in the transfer window and appointed the great Mark Hughes as manager (which was acclaimed by one of the usual suspects on this board as being a clear sign of ambitious ownership). The fans turned out in numbers but it took Hughes several months to get to grips with the situation. The side finally put a few wins together but fucked up again when it really mattered, hence relegation was fully deserved. Feel sorry for the fans who backed their side until the end - except those nobheads who wrecked the Rink End several years back.

The lesson here is that rich backers do not guarantee success without carefully installing managerial/coaching/ recruitment personnel with experience of the league in question and the drive to produce results from Day 1.

I think I’d miss the pie for that trek….

wonder if there owners were insisting in having an imput on signings and how the team performe on the pitch instead of just handing out the money and let the professionals do the job. as trevor howards character major calloway said in the film the third man ameteurs do not last long in this game.
