You wouldn't be able to because names can only have a maximum of 18 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Yes you can, Jungle Bunny to Jungle Bells after an innocent naming of the horse in the first place caused offense.

There was a horse called Mary Hinge. Owner wasn’t a darkie or a ram jam either.

Not into horse racing but looking at the first 3 past the post they all had the same trainer, 2 at33/1 and 7/1 odds.

Weirdest thing about yesterday's race was that I watched a re-run of the 1977 race on YouTube during the week which was Red Rums third win and was absolute carnage as the fences seemed much higher and stronger than they are today thankfully, but that in that race a horse called Duffle Coat fell at the first fence and yesterday a horse called Duffle Coat unseated it's rider also at the first fence...spooky.

Just read they were charging £7.55 for a pint of Guinness at Aintree, surely a pack of four in your own lounge with live coverage on TV is a better option?

1 horse, Willy De Houelle, died, fell and broke neck.

There were just over 300 horses who raced, with 1 fatalilty.

The Grand National Fences are a lot safer these days, only 3 horses fell, 1 was brought down and 13 were pulled up, 1 unseated and 16 finished. The max field for that race down from 40 to 34.

one is one too many. if a driver had been killed in formula 1 it would have been all over the news with health and safety having a field day.

We also have to take into account how the horses are looked after by the owners and trainers, very well indeed.

How many horses are flogged to death by the gypsies, 2 last year in Appleby.

One of the worst things you can see, it a poor horse/pony tethered up in the middle of a roundabout, left by the gypsies.
I've seen this countless times and I phone the RSPCA to come out, which they always do.

A racehorse leads a pampered life, go and take a vist to the stables, trainers have open days, go along and see for yourself.

I agree 1 horse death is too much. But the people in horse racing really care about the horses.

If I were a horse, I would pick to be a racehorse (and not live in Cumbria!).

I absolutely hate seeing horses tied up in or near to industrial estates...especially alone. I always wonder when was the last time someone had been to see if it is ok

like on that waste ground near to the transporter. just cannot see the point of owning something you take miles away and cannot see it only occasionally at best.
