thing is they do not exactly publish the figures and you have to look for them. from there view i guess its collaterel damage but certainly not the way i see it. one is one too many but its a so called sport thats controlled by the rich. all those who dislike it need to get together and refuse to spend a single penny on that race as i,m sure they are not that much of a small minority.

Some very high quality racing at Aintree over the 3 days, Constitution Hill will be in attendance, what a horse he is, lost his unbeaten record at Cheltenham but will want to win the Aintree hurdle, a race he won in 2023.

The racing industry is doing everything to safeguard the horses, the National fences have been significantly made safer over the years.

I agree it is a lot but the horses are doing what they love in a discpline that they really enjoy.
But horse racing is making inroads to make the sport more safer.

waiting for someone to say that we are more worried about a few horses dying than if a dinghy sunk full of illegals. answer is i prefer the horses.

I ate horse in France once and i thought it tasted fine. My wife at the time said neigh.
To make it worse she saddled me with the bill so i trotted back to the hotel with a long face.

65 horses died since 2000,more than 2.5 horses per race

Thing is if you ban NH racing then almost all the horses will be culled. They're bred and trained to be good at what they do, look how many carry on jumping the fences after they've unshipped their jockey.

One horse so far, Willy De Houelle, fell and broke its neck yesterday, poor thing.

Constitution Hill, fell again, horse was fine. Jonbon has just won.
