It's Scunthorpe according to multiple journalists on twitter. In theory it's a good idea, pumping £500,000 into the club a month, but in practice getting that buy in from 100,000 people to commit will be extremely unlikely. Plus what happens if you stagnate for a couple of seasons and everyone loses interest?
