by accident I mustard mit...(didnt even know they were playing)....and it reminded me of watching an U13 game at Synthonia the other week at work when working overtime on a Saturday....

Corner given...kids pulling and shoving each other allover in the box. It was disgraceful...I wanted to run on the pitch and give each and every kid a slap for being a doyle...same as the bit of the England game i seen!!!
When did this start and when did it became normal?? Anywhere else on the pitch it would be a free-kick!!

Tuchel like all the rest talks a good job but the football is the same model as everybody else's, no individualism allowed, wingers that never take on the full backs, neat triangles getting g nowhere, etc seen it all before and it's killing the game as a spectacle.
No doubt beating the mighty Albania will be lauded in the press as the prelude to ending 60 years of hurt.

If Albania had anything upfront they would have scored at least one goal. Bring on the even mightier Latvia on Monday, another narrow win and the UK media will go into full 'Its coming home' mode.

It’s always ‘coming home’ mode, trouble is when they get anywhere near home they drive past home and crash in a ditch.

Like Mutley I switched on by accident but what struck me was the fouls given by the ref. If the same standards were applied in the NL, the games would be stop/start every minute or so.

When you pass a ball to someone 5yds away and they pass straight back, You should be allowed to go and knock them out.

On another note it’s nice as a Darlo fan to see two players in the team that made their senior debuts for us!

Nowt wrong with Silent Witness but then I’ve been madly in love with Amelia Fox for years.

There was a time when football, at whatever level, was just a variation of the same theme, albeit at different standards. Nowadays its like watching 3 types of the same game, international, Premier League, and the rest. If you watch lower level or non league, it has no comparison with watching England v Albania, which is like watching paint dry, a passing for passing's sake possession obsessed bore fest.

When I’m having a cuppa and a corned beef and beetroot sarny, the very last thing I need is our lass pointing out the graphic removal of a brain and the neatness of the cut through the skull…even the dogs leave the room .
