That roof is very promising…..air handling unit checks in the summer could be paradise…..and no one could sneak up on you. Gets my vote.

I was thinking in terms of skive opportunities for me, but it is ugly.
I kid you not….The architects design was influenced by the former use of the site, which was all sidings full of wagons containing pit props from Scandinavia….which explains it looking like three railway wagons collided.
They do come up with some cobblers.

Not knocking it…it’s like buying a car that’s a bit ugly but does the job.
it’s going to have some great facilities inside, it should be popular, but a lot of these places look like Spam factories from the outside.

The roof of Mill House gave you a view of the whole world…well Hartlepool and the sea..aye happy days…I do miss Bert and his ability to fall for every trick we played on him…remember when he kept begging my Northern Echo off me every Monday for the Pools match report and I got that pissed off I gave him it and when he got home he found I’d cut out the match report out…and filled the crossword in with random letters.

Looks like a decent development. On the Marina where all the leisure facilities of the town should be. I've always thought a footbridge from Clarence Road over to Asda, would be a great idea, linking Victoria Park with the Marina, thoughts?

Got a laugh down the Marina watching a fat bloke and a little old shrunken man unmounting a massive out board…the little man undid the fixings and the fat bloke took the strain, hard as nails….then it turned into Fools and Horses chandelier scene…he went down clutching the outboard …
