That's why I haven't commented on this latest "news". If anybody thinks that Raj won't be involved in the takeover of HIS club, which HE owns, then they are living in cloud cuckoo land. Allegedly he took a back seat when the "new board" was appointed.
Hopefully a bit of good news will come out of all this hoo hah, Fingers crossed eh ?????

Raj will be a "back seat driver" - no doubt about it.

He was obviously still in charge after ‘stepping down’ in the summer seen as he was mentioned regularly by Sarll, Lennie and Limbrick. Just like he’ll obviously still be involved in any negotiations. I wonder who this interim board are? Apparently it’s not the current board?
Either way the statement is a lot more reassuring, just got to hope these potential new owners can agree a deal

So a statement from an unnamed board about and unnamed possible buyer ending with a sentence about filling the ground and handing over more money. Forgive me for not pissing myself in excitement.

We are grateful to Mr Singh for his dedication throughout the last seven years, and in particular for his ongoing support in this interim period as we look to start a new chapter.

So raj tells us for years no one's interested in buying us. Resigns and within hours people want to buy the club.

First thing I noticed, was no mention of who makes up this Interim Board, nothing on the club website, under Board it just says Raj Singh, Jeff Stelling, amateurish in the extreme, but something sadly we've become accustomed to.

The English is terrible. The club looks like an absolute muppet show. Normal service continues for now.

surely words like hard work, enthusiasm and never say die should not be seen in a board statement. even the spelling of board is incorrect it should be bored like the fans are.
