He’s read a book on motivation and is just following the praise gets better results than criticism route…he’s a robot who is unable to adapt to reality

Give him a chance, remember this is the bloke who took Berwick Rangers from the bottom of the Lowland League to winning the Scottish Premier and Scottish Cup within 4 seasons, then over the next couple of seasons going on to win the Champions League, World Club Cup and selling their best player, Hamish Burns signed from Eyemouth United on a free, to Riyadh City for 1 trillion, that financed the building of a new stadium, training facilities and a free season ticket for every resident of Berwick upon Tweed.
