They seem to misfiring on a few cylinders and York’s 3-1 defeat at Boston came as a surprise, wonder which one will fall apart, there’s usually one.

Gateshead have no hope in hell of finishing top 7 so there is one team. Barnet always seem to make the playoffs and fail and yet again I see that happening. York will probably finish second and F.Green I believe will win the league. The playoffs on the other hand is wide open to any team with the balls to take control of their own destination. Sadly I no longer believe Pools will be one of them. rakxe

You have more chance of seeing Uranus than witnessing Pools reach the playoffs this season Snowy!

Apart from Halifax Pools points tally over the last 5 games is almost comparable to teams above us.

like we are at the moment. to overtake we,d have to get at least 2 points more than the rest over 5 gams.

All I’m saying is that at the moment we are just about the same as the ones above. Will their supporters be moaning about results? Also can the doomies define what a tin pot club is.

Why would their supporters be moaning about results. sctatchinghead These are all clubs much smaller than Pools for fook sake. The teams and average home gates this season Halifax 1817 / Solihull 1244 / Sutton 2542 / Eastleigh 2068 but Pools are averaging 3623 4th highest in the division. We also all know that we are well capable of 5,000 plus crowds if placed in the playoff area or above. All these clubs are doing well and supporters will probably be happy but Pools are not doing well for a club our size and supporters have a good reason to moan. If any of these 4 clubs get in the playoffs they are over achieving but if we dont get in we are definitely under achieving. Hope that helps

fans of some clubs in our league are happy where they are including those who have not got a cat in hells chance of the play offs. its same with us if we were ever back in div.1 of the efl than included teams who were once regulars in the top two flights. its not just gates clubs have to rely on now. its the whole income and expenditure of the clubs that matter. if we did get the 5,000 we are capable of it does not mean our income taking other factors involved is more than say solihull or our outgoings the same. we,ll never as fans be happy in this league as we have tasted much better in this century that most fans have witnessed.

We seem to have a small minority of fans who have zero ambition and happy to be ticking over in this shitty tin pot division.
Even not challenging for a 7th top position.
They must have no self respect and are encourageing this quick major decline to fester on for a while longer.

Should be on episodes of Shameless :angry-tappingfoot:

Near the bottom of the attendance table
Many part time.
But don't have a problem competing against Pools

Ebbsfleet only 1 win all season ( who was that against :angry-tappingfoot:).
Gateshead who take the piss out of us on regular basis nowadays.
I could extend this post but can't be arsed to explain more to unambitious cranks who just encourage more Failurism.

Anyone got analogy of what a doomies is?

Name one of the fans who're happy to be ticking over in this division and who don't want us back in the efl.

there is a big difference of being realistic at the moment of the future of pools to not wanting the club being back in the league. two choices, make the best of it or walk away. many including me have made the best of it when finishing out of the re election zone was seen as a success.
