Many groups have been involved finally getting shot of the tyrant including the pro-Western Syrian Kurds. The big difference between what's happening now and Iraq is Saddam was overthrown by foreign invaders (the Yanks and the Brits) and Assad has been toppled by his own people.

It may well go tits up all over again, but it's too early to say whether any one group will finish up as top dog.

Apparently these rebels, HTS, are a progressive group and are in favour of giving equal rights to women amongst other things. I hope this turns out to be true, let’s wait and see how it pans out…

Yes, Angela Raynor is completely stupid. She left school pregnant at the age of 15 and has no qualifications in anything. She worked as a carer and it is obvious from the things she says, she hasnt got a clue about anything. I am sure there are many preganant 15 yr olds who are highly intelligent but she is not one of them. I am no fan of Angela Rayner and agree with what is said above but give her credit for working her way up to be deputy prime minister of this country with her background.

Well of course you are entitled to your opinion but for my part I wouldn't want to give her credit for anything. Not sure how much "working" she's actually done. She ticks the boxes and is gobby. there is, but a big percentage of it is far above the price an average person is able to pay in the area they live and work. just look at any estate agents and see all the property you like but is above the price even with a mortgage you can sensibly buy.
