Christmas came early for me!!

About 5 weeks ago I bought a couple of albums on the Trojan Records website.
A week gone Tuesday I got this email...

Hi Neil
I hope you are well.
My name is Caeshia and I work for Trojan Records. Pleased to tell you that you have won the Trojan Test Pressing competition.
Please can you send me your address so I can get your prize sent out to you?
I can send prize out to you early next week.
Thanks and congrats x

Now I thought this was a scam...surely they would have my address!
Anyway I emailed her my address. :laugh:

Told our lass about it and she said Google her name cos it's not a common name so I did and yes she works for Trojan Records.
Cut a long story short...
Yesterday I got delivered 'Original Soul Reggae Classics' LP white label test Pressing and 8 7" singles white label test pressings. 1 is Ali Baba by John Holt and the other 7 are all Lee 'Scratch' Perry early Upsetter singles.
I didn't even know about the Competition....but later found details about it posted on Facebook, Instagram etc. To get entered you had to buy anything on their website during October.
Christmas definitely came early for me!!!

her in the kitchen is totally obsessed with tombola and i can see why. she looks at the prizes on offer and wins the one she wants every bleeding time. i won a halfpenny book with no leaves in it.
