Christ, I only read the article after reading the posts here ‘a board spokesman’. Just when you thought communications couldn’t get any more opaque.
It’s actually laughable.

The Board Person was most likely to be, the Chairman of the Board saying Gimme Just A Little More Time. Yes the one and only Lenny the Lion

always feel board should be spelt bored when pools are mentioned.

The communication from the club still needs major improvements. Would be great to have some kind of clarification on how a board member will be doing his job on the board as well as manager of the club, without any conflict of interest.

Does it matter if any statements come from Raj, the board, or even the tea lady? It won't change what's happened or what will happen.

There is no real ownership of decisions in the club if you don't have accountability. If we have no money then just tell us! These are the worst times for a Pools fan and they don't give us any light to look at. How can you buy into this club with such poor communication. The Town's club my arse!

There have been bloody awful times - remember the players on strike under Uncle Vince? The bailiffs taking the cross bars in the days of Big G? And then there was no Bunker; the club had no communications personnel - but we had local journalists who told us what was happening - like Mr Pickering and our very own James Bond - and now we have our very own - our very special rep - so come on Walter Mitty Shithead, pull your finger out of Raj's ar*e!

Personally I'm not bothered about statements from the board, chairman, newly arrived ed players, etc but it's piss poor when the teamsheet is not on the official website a couple of minutes before ko.

You should be, it’s just another way we are being lied to and we just accept it.
Put a fucking name to a statement instead of this ‘board’ which as was pointed out hasn’t been registered officially and is just another way to avoid accountability

Raj should be booed to high heaven every game he attends until he pulls his finger out (note I am NOT talking about personal abuse, just a comment on his running of the club)

We were told a new board had been appointed, but as flagged by the Trust there has been NO change to the board of directors at companies house for pools….so are they directors or not ?

Exactly we need to start winning games.
Couldn't really care less if he's appointed 2 directors in name only, or if he's breaking the law by not registering them at Companies House. Either way it doesn't affect what we see on the pitch.

The running of Pools is rotten to the core. Always the cheapest option. He's only here so he can say 'I own a Football Club'!!!
But that will just be laughed at in the not too distant future when HIS Football Club ceases to exist....AGAIN!!!

true. if we were top of the league i seriously doubt this would be an issue for the vast majority of fans. only seems a concern when we are going worse than we should. doubt it affects the performance of a single player on the pitch as they,ll only show an interest if their pay cheque arrives late.
