North Korea is not a nice place…saw several documentary’s about the place over the years and it’s a nightmare.

The Russian following the precedent set by the Soviet Union always use their troops as cannon fodder. They use the tactic of human waves which is sending overwhelming tides of troops at an objective which will always be taken due to the overwhelming numbers. Of course the casualties are eye watering which is why they are running out of troops. In a dictatorship no one would criticize this horrific way of fighting but in a Western democracy it would never be considered.

I read an article where conscription was now affecting the higher levels of Russian society and the sons of the privileged Party members and other top people are being drawn in and it’s not popular when it affects them…..the Ukraine war is getting to them and the focus is on Putin.

But yeh Snowy you are correct in what you are saying - the NK soldiers will be lined up like bear bait. Given a pea shooter and some sticks and told to march forwards. Military tactics will be unheard of by the NK lot and will look to Russia for help and guidance (See above).
