The England manager. Two shots on target 1 goal and booed off. Greece 2 goals 4 disallowed and attack after attack and total embarassment.

Agreed, not a great opener for Carsley. Not sure if the blame can be entirely laid at the caretakers feet however- most of the England players looked as if their prime target was to avoid injury - too many appeared as though they were simply going through the motions. After doing sod all previously, Bellingham scored a cracking equaliser and celebrated as though he had scored the winner in a WCF. Justice was done when Pavlidis scored his 2nd goal - a late winner - while a posse of England players ponced around him like Maypole dancers.

Lucky you - and they weren't actually 'playing', Greece was the word tonight alright!

Ain’t it funny how England matches over the years have went from an event to watching a load of over paid can’t be arsed prima Donna’s who have all the commitment of a slug on a lettuce…doing the job, but inspiring no one.

that says it all. once international games were rare events where most fans look forward to. now there seems to be a game every month or so. you can see how average players now pick up all the caps they get compared to players of the past. who is actually interested in this made ip tournament in any country. should be sponsored by some paint or car sales company from moldova.

Watching that game made me think that the stand-in England manager has a really good squad of players that he doesn't have a clue how to organise - just like Pools! The sooner both are replaced, the better.

the easy part is assembling a squad of players. the hardest part as always is making a team out of them.

Can't argue with that

I forgot the game was on tbh, not that it matters because the 'Nations League' is another dumb idea from UEFA.

See Phil Foden was rubbish in an England shirt again - just like he was in the summer.
