Ranking in order from least crap to worst:
Lee (should have been given the chance to build a team but should have brought in an experienced assistant to guide him)
Philips (would have gotten much better performances from this team if given the funds instead of Sarll)

Seriously though out of that lot, Askey was our best bet- would have him back in a heartbeat with squad we've got at our disposal this season.

Lee -7 (should have kept him on. Don’t think he sucked up to Raj enough though. Deserves credit for steadying things when Chally left.)
Askey - 6 (had promise but too dour. Also lacked a defence.)
Phillips -6 (again, had promise and should have been kept on, which isn’t just saying that in hindsight!)
Curle - 4 (talked absolute shite, tactically clueless. Marks for banging his missus when we won.)
Sarll - 3 (basically Curle but more egotistical and less chat about banging his missus.)
Hartley - 1 (for turning up but effectively destroyed two seasons.)

agree but hartley is only above sarll because his ghost stayed over the place 18 months after he left when his players made an appearance. with lee we did slip down to the league but ended up still in a position we,d have been happy with. big question is how long will the club be around to better his league finish.

I have alwats thought Lee deserved better on the strength of the amount of money he brought into the club from the FA cup run and also the quality of the players he allegedly had ined up ready to sign that summer. I agree he should have had an experienced assistant to help guide him. The rest of the chancers no thank you.

he never had a chance because anything good he did do it was regarded as chillinors team that did it. if i remember rightly some were singing his praises until the bad run came up after the rotherham defeat even to the point of saying the team had improved under him.

Lee - Didnt do enough for me and was the PE school teacher
Sarll - still has time to really change things but so far not good enough

Askey - If Raj had backed him with a CB we would be fine
Lee - showed promise and rumored to have decent players lined up
Phillips - Not convinced on him, Waterfall and Parkes already agreed before he came.. and the Gateshead debacle..
Curle - More interested in getting home for some funky time with Mrs Curle
Sarll - Arrogant car salesman
