He doesnt rate Grey, Mani D or Mancini as they dont win the ball often enough
He likes a midfield that primarily wins the ball above all else-so Hunter, Sheron, Sloggett Robinson etc will all be playing together when fit
He equates winning set pieces as chances and his scoring philosophy is the fwds to win the ball or get a set piece and then us to score from there.

His identity is dont concede many and see what we can get.

Singh if you think this sort of play is going to win us games and keep attendances high by all means keep him on
If you are happy to lose Grey and Mani D for nothing at season end then keep him on.
If you want a team that is defined by physicality and nothing else---keep him on

Or if we want a team that TRIES to play football, and create things, that THINKS maybe playing 2 players who scored 40 last season might help in doing that, who if we have a winger from a prem league team on loan, might actually want to use him.....

..then get rid and give someone else a go.

12goals between them this time last season, 5 up to now this. It’s obvious he doesn’t like them cos they’re more popular than he is with the fans. Lots of endeavour doesn’t get you points on the board, high energy isn’t a guarantee you’ll win games. He’s saying we’re only 12 games in, he’ll never turn this round as long as he has a hole in his arse.

the first three were players he inherited and the next 4 are his signings. just wonder if there is a bit of a dressing room rift like there is between him and the fans. what next transfer requests coming in and the loss of three players who can actually score goals and one our best header defending set pieces. come on raj it might be him or some players in the end and nobody wants that with half a brain cell working.

Each interview he is becoming more and more unlikeable and arrogant. Hard to think of another profession where you wouldn’t be called in by a manager if you were out publicly name calling your customer base and source of income. Calling unhappy fans clever dicks, throwing our best players under the bus as they haven’t scored from his hoofball tactics, getting snappy with Rob Law and bringing up finding a former player dead to answer a question about being under pressure, each week he keeps losing both on and off the pitch.

Never disliked a manager as much as him in my time following pools and yesterday was possibly the first time I was content to see us lose if it meant we’re closer to being rid of him.
