Sarrl has been a good force for pools, he has changed the mentality around the club in terms of getting players fitter etc but he is a sergeant major, he is not a tactician. So I wish him well in whatever he does from now but he is not going to navigate us out of this league, he doesn't seem to understand football. I am starting to believe that the players know this already
