I didn't watch any of the game today so I have to rely on those who were there or watched it.

What I have seen this season is that we have some good technical players, the bench today looked like the strongest I have seen for a long time.

So what is going wrong seems to be that we have a defensive, negative manager with a limited coaching philosophy and a group of decent players at this level. Something has to give, from listening to Sarll he comes across as a decent bloke but I think he is not used to working with good players. That sounds trite but what I mean is he is like a drill sergeant, can get them fit and under orders, compact and a unit but is clueless at organising creativity. The creative players become disillusioned and it becomes stagnant. I feel we have to change the manager now....we have a good squad but Sarll cant get it functioning, for that reason, he has to go!!!!

being fully fit is something you expect any manager to get with his squad as its just the basic requirement at any level played.
