Oh great that will be sarll playing a 6-3-1 next week to cope with dagenham
Didn’t see game wonder how many were self inflicted from their passing game imploding

They got a lot of crosses in the box and hurried Heed into mistakes instead of standing off. Gateshead played the football but D&R took every chance presented. The strength of Umerah and the skill of Morias makes them strong in the box. If we let Morias come onto his right foot then allow him a shot he is a very good finisher based on this one game. D & R showed the rest of us how to beat this Gateshead side and that's by good pressing and loads of balls into the box they really struggled to defend. They have their regular 2 centre half's out injured and it showed.

That's generous of you thinking he'll play 6-3-1.
I think he'll go 8-0-2. bbolt

Four of the top seven from before kickoff got beat. And F.Green throw away a two goal advantage to draw 2-2 with Wealdstone. So that's 5 out of the 7 who had a really bad day.

We can forget about the top 7 with this manager. We are living in cukoo land if we think were going to get in them. We are going to have to start playing the better teams shortly. How do we beat them creating very little?

It was far from anything good or positive today. I totally understand most of you wanting change. I have stood by the manager and I may well fall on my own sword. There is no point in me now saying I got it terribly wrong when I really do not believe that is true. I stand firm but our home form needs turning into wins next Saturday otherwise Raj may well agree with you lot and get the guillotine out yet again. That would make me eat that humble pie. I have always believed that you should stand firm in life on anything or anybody you believe in and that's just the way I am.

No that's is not my angle. I know for a fact we ain't playing anywhere near the teams potential. I also fully accept its only a matter of time before he gets the bullet unless things change a lot. Only difference is I do believe he will become good but what do I know. sctatchinghead Regarding todays result I was only pointing out other teams in the top seven also struggled so I was simply highlighting the crazy league we play in. BTW it wasn't a bad day for us it was a disaster that is slowly making me out to be a villian. You know my loyalty better than anyone on here its just the way I am.

What do you see in this manager that makes you believe he is going to get it right? Its been awful all season, the only reason we were 7th is because we have played the weakest teams. Im all for giving managers time but ive had enough already of this its utter garbage being served up. No way will i be paying 22 quid to watch this next week.

He found by accident a formula at Boston 2nd half that worked and would destroy this division.

So why the Fcuk did he revert back to the boring shit Mutiny Clunk football.

IIve cut Raj a bit of slack this season but he can do himself a major favour by sacking Sarly ASAP.

Sarly Out. :angry-tappingfoot:

we seem to be going from positive to negative after very single game. really i cannot blame anybody not turning up next week where if you add all the decent football played this season is no more than 70 minutes. you,d think we had an attack with the names of wreh and fondop in it who both scored yesterday. two big important home games coming up for sarll to get things right. no single game is a guarenteed win but having the right tactics with the players we have would help.

mind you he found it at woking before a stupid sending off knackered that game up. two home games where we have had to play big parts with 10 men on the pitch with others having their wings clipped for stupid cautions that even in todays world could have been avoided. no discipline plus some of the worst football seen in th last few years even makes you wonder if he is that stupid a nd wants the sack for good old compo. really wanted him to be a success for us but feel he is not helping himself. next saturday could see for the first time fans turning on him in numbers but he cannot blame them.

Nah, 4 at the back.

Hunter, Sheron, Sloggett, Featherstone and Robinson in Defensive Central Midfield. Dieseruvwe up front with nobody within 50 yards of him.

lets also point out that Campbell <<< our big summer signing (if you want to call it that) has been absolutely worlds away from the player we all thought we were getting - absolute zero input so far and now we discover he is secretly crocked ! so another secret sicknote. I guarantee we dont see much of him now this season - daft sub appearance here and there then a few weeks out to recover.

I know the recruitment has been bang on but we need another striker who can play alongside Mani D. Plus a left back and a formation and plan that literally plays to our best 11 !

I did wonder why Campbell had barely featured this season. That explains a lot !

He,s not willing to play someone alongside Mani, So thats out the window.
Tactics are for one purpose only, Thats not to concede and nick one.
No fooking risk and reward there, Tactics are a sham.
