Does anyone else get annoyed by the amount of discarded elastic bands you see all around dumped by our lovely posties? surely it's breaking the law and no different to flicking a fag end away, which also pisses me off rakxe

I can't understand why they can't pick them up themselves, if they dropped them that is, they are in the main intelligent people who you would assume have pride in their working area as well as their own. Maybe they think people will pick them up and make use of them?, I know I have.

Knowing a few posties they all seem very reasonable people but yes they are all over town.
Do their bags have holes in them or is there another reason?
