Seeing as the Buffoon of Canterbury and his woke chums are changing the name of the Church of England to…’The Community of England’…and doing away with that old fashioned Church nonsense…what will churches themselves be called…. sctatchinghead

hymn books replaced by the works of cole porter and elton john. pews reserved for the trans community, everyone welcome as long as they do not believe in god or jesus as long as they tip well in the collection to keep him and his mates going.

Will he also stop charging a fortune for his "Community" to look round his cathedral? I took my mum to Canterbury years ago as she wanted to visit the cathedral that my dad had worked on the organ in. Cost about £10 a head just to get into the grounds!

Maybe as very few people under 60 go to church for the reason the buildings were built for they are just tourist attractions now

Someone is going to have to come up with a plan for all these old redundant churches around the country.
Flats?

Went to Canterbury about 20 years ago and it was £18….feck em
Went to Hereford Cathedral a year later ….free, brilliant live size statue of Elgar and his trusty bike outside.

That is actually the truth, And of course divide the masses.
Can you imagine having 1 religon, Now that would be powerful, No more people to divide and have at each others throats.

It’s a thin line between politics and religion that frequently overlap and all about control and charismatic leaders and followers.
Religion like politics is a market with many versions on offer and no guarantees included…. It’s all about control and obedience,

Perhaps all the religious books in the world should be replaced by this.
I found it in a pub in Newcastle years ago.
