Yeovil football club designed and printed some cardboard green club labels to attach to the new merchandise etc. Funny thing is they printed them all with two spelling mistakes both in the subject title above. How bloody embarrassing to get your own name wrong and didn't even notice while attaching them to hundreds of scarfs etc. It was realised after the club shop opened for sales. Even dafter it was only two words Yeovil Merchandise.

I bought a half and half scarf from a guy on the over ground train to Selhurst park for the palace game. I was half cut and didn't realise until I got back to Belfast that they had spelt our side as Hartelpool :icon-lol:

Makes it more of a treasured item for me.

Could be worse, might be daft enough to pay £500 for an Oasis ticket

We were half cut and were having good banter with the young lad selling them, so we bought one, just a memento of the day. Palace fans were decent all day so what's the problem?

I have a half and half scarf with Hartlepool spelt incorrectly, which I will always remember. It was my 50th birthday as well so I treated myself lol

sorry its nowt to do with palace fans or having banter with a seller. these scarves just show for me how far the game has gone down the pan being sold something like that. doubt they,d have gone down too well if they were around in the leeds v chelsea wembley final days of the 70,s for both sets of fans.
