As far as I'm aware he's been a member for a good few years.

I never realised how happy he made me,

Oh Mandy - he came, and he gave without taking, but we sent him away! bbolt

   …. and how he really, really, really loved his precious Pools scarf….used to watch him on the Mill House terrace with his scarf round his neck like a muffler in a 1950’s crowd but observing the faces on the terrace not the pitch, wonder if the time dragged for him.

I've seen Jonathan Brash at Pools plenty of times over the years.
At least he wasn't paraded on the pitch like Johnson and Mortimer.

Wouldn’t notice him if I passed him in the street…or at Pools.

yes i think i have seen him there in the past. There are a few other councillors who are regular and seem like season ticket holders.

   Seen him at Pools on at least 2 or 3 occasions and he reminds me of that handy cap statue, stiff old a little rusty and off colour whilst being uncomfortably strangled by his scalf. He always looked totally uneasy and had that look on his face of trying to force either a smile or a silent fart or both

Give you a clue

Judge…Mr Mikey, do you recognise the defendant…?

Mikey…That’s the man, your honour, the man who attacked the four people and seriously injured them with a Tampax machine….so I’ve been told .

Judge ….Ah, but not from personal experience.

It’s really not hard to sit on a settee on a Friday night, can of Guinness, idling my time away on twitter and footy forums while texting a mate to ask whether Brash is a pools fan!

Not everything is a conspiracy my friend.

And I said also that I'd believed he'd been a Trust member for a long time and I'd seen him numerous times at Pools over the years.
Can't remember you being so vocal when Johnson and Mortimer where being paraded on the Vic.
But you question on how long Hartlepool's new MP has been a member of the Trust.
It's a funny old World.

Don’t recall Johnson or Mortimer being paraded or I’d have questioned it to.
I’m an inclusive cynic…they all use it to sell themselves to the public.
Get more respect from me if they just went to matches and acted like any other fan …. instead of announcing it from the rooftops.
I don’t have a dog in the fight, I mistrust all politicians.

Not once you’re an MP….but when it’s all over….. you can become a ‘normal’ fan then.

I have been buying Guinness 0% for mid week consumption. IMO tastes great and feels like a real beer unfortunately without the "feel good factor" sadx

The leader of the council Brenda Harrison has been a long time season ticket holder from what i have heard.I think she was trotted out before the last home game to present something and the announcer said something about her being the first female leader of Hpool council.
The work "Mortimer" should be deleted from the Hartlepool dictionary and any reference to her should be #WheresJill

Mrs Harrison was my Music Teacher at School. A really nice lady and yes she's been going to Pools as long as I have known her.

Just like her predecessor…?… no one mentions him…was he metaphorically buried at midnight on a moonless night and disappeared from the face of the earth…wonder why…. sctatchinghead
