I got a ticket on-line for the Southend game this weekend and had a few problems.

1. When making payment it automatically populated my postcode as WS11 ??? and rejected payment.
2. When i had made payment the message came up that the ticket would be posted or can be picked up at the ground (where????) between certain times. Then i went to my emails and i had an email with PDF ticket attached to print.
3. Then it charged me an extra £1.50 (£17.50 in total) to save Pools the cost of printing a ticket.

Get it sorted Pools.

Am I reading this right you were charged money meaning Pools saved paper and ink because they didn’t have to print a ticket, it should be the opposite a rebate for being ticketless.

Go back to basics and do away with all this nonsense, adopt my method…..mind you, you might find the climb over the fence from Morrisons a bit much.

I'm not sure why you were charged extra, my ticket was £22 and no additional charges.

No issues either as I have a login, login, select ticket, pay, ticket emailed to me.

I paid for mine on line. Arrived electronically & charged me £1.50 for the privilege of doing it all myself. Did wonder how they could justify this cost ?

Would the four anti aircraft guns funding come off the player budget. :angry-tappingfoot:

Yes what a rip off!

all the prices should be exactly the same no matter what method is used. only extra should be the cost of postage for a paper ticket. Fact is we are helping the club in two ways by booking early. they have our money whether we come or not and we relieve the pressure on the ticket outlets on a matchday.

Doesn't the £1.50 booking fee stay with the ticket agent, rather than go to Pools? A bit like concert tickets?
I got my season ticket online yesterday & that was the only additional charge incurred.

Why do Pools have to use a Ticketing Agency, why can’t you buy direct online from their website ?
