Agreed, I thought he was poor up until the last 6 games last season and I was a angry that he had the cheek to put in a transfer request...but from what I've seen this season, he's one of our better players.

Right, that's as much humble pie as I'm eating.

Don't wait for me.

I've said since we signed him that he had the potential to do well for us and now he is showing his true colours.

Good job it didn't.

I wore it last night first time for a few years on the basis that when I used to wear it Pools were good and used to win at home.

Well working on your reverse psychology theory, maybe he put in a transfer request because of knackerbrained rumpriders in the family enclosure shouting 'Williams D, you're shite,' everytime he got anywhere near them??

Last night someone near me shouted 'Tremendous Darren,' when he'd just done that world class goal saving tackle in the six and he came over towards the line and he looked genuinely chuffed and acknowledged the bloke.

Telling him he's shite all the time just might make him play, errmmm...shite. and leave the club eh?? We never found out what his 'personal' reasons were. It could be that he doesn't feel wanted.

Come on then, I know what's coming........

I think I know what his "personal reasons" were.

I think Parmo does too.
