Catcote Road closes and now York Road, chaos round our way , do they plan this on purpose…one roads bad enough, two is crackers.

They are also closing Jesmond Road for 3 weeks.

It's bad enough trying to get off my drive when the kids are at school, so I was looking forward to my 6 weeks of peace, but no the council shut Catcote Road & divert all the traffic past the end of my drive. It's worse now than usual - the bastards!!

Same here, getting out through the passenger seat some times, even the bloody bus is going past

It’s better being done now during school holidays the lesser of 2 evils.

Jamie, the roads around us are a nuisance all year round with indulgent parents dropping their teenage kids off ….who after getting chauffeured around all their lives will end up flat footed, have no sense of direction and end up obese.
It’s astounding how much traffic these people generate.

Quicker to cycle around the town nowadays.
Especially with my electric speed leg muscles.

Check the wiring under the seat for chafing…..last thing you want is your gonads short circuiting.
