Barnet were playing Hornchurch away today in a friendly, they named a first 11 that some fans responded on Twitter would be their strongest team this season. Although the list of subs weren’t names on the team sheet.

3 Barnet players went off injured in the first half, and they finished the first half with 10 men as they only appeared to have 2 subs.

They had to borrow a player from Hornchurch for the second half so that it could remain 11v11. 10 fit outfield players and 2 weeks until the season starts.

They ended up winning 1-0 with a last minute Kabamba goal.

Can you imagine the meltdown if that was us?!?

can smell the smoke down here from the bonfire of burnt shirts and new season tickets and reports of the samaratans phone line crashing.
