So did us signing Wallace from Mansfield last year.

I was happy with his signing too.

That being said the fact we are one of the few clubs to have done the square root of fuck all so far, after Sarll naively bumped his gums about getting business done early is not a good sign!

he was with all the noises coming out about him. thought after seeing him mansfield must have had two players with the same name and we,d signed the wrong one. as for sarlls quote it shows at times its better for managers to say nowt as fans are quick on jumping down at them when they do not deliver what they say without any knowledge of the managers problems being unable to do what he said.

I'll be surprised if we haven't announced a few new arrivals within the next 10 days or so.

then the party will begin. no matter who the new lads will be somebody will be searching their previous clubs message boards in the hope of finding a fan who was glad to see the back of them. some will be written off at the outset whilst others will be having wet dreams about them. then there is the long wait till august just to see what we will be watching. if fans are bored now it will be even worse before we see em live.

i,ll accept things only after seeing them and are not taken in by bullshit from the club or fans who like to criticise the club as much as they can.
