So another clean sheet an inspiring new defender called Parkes confidence and belief are slowly resurfacing. I saw signs of belief, hardwork and organisation in Saturdays performance. Let’s build on this . Too put you in a good mood play on repeat .

Our last 2 wins have been by 1 goal margins against opposition who would of probably got beat of a dog n duck over 50s team.
Me join in this hilarious optimism if we can extend this winning streak to say between 7 n 17.

UTP.

We can only beat whats in front of us, but i dont think anyone will be getting carried away over Oxford city and Ebbsfleet wins, as welcome as they are. Need a good performance and result Tuesday then see how we do on Saturday, kevs first game over 5000 there, ground bouncing. Lets hope this is a changing point in our season.

said earlier that we could not have on paper an easier run of games. with players coming back on top of new signings i,d guess fans of clubs in a similar position to us would have expected 2 wins out of 3 against these clubs and will be looking for 2 more wins this week. if we do that its hardly a reason to party in the streets or class it as a new dawn.

Nobody is saying it’s a new dawn. As said in my other post we will have a clearer idea by 5pm Saturday

Its a well timed coincidence .. or is it...

1. Hendrie at RB doing a decent enough job
2. back 4
3. Mani O playing half decent again !
4. Parkes !

who ever said lets bring in an actual CB who knows how to play as a CB deserves all the applause for me. Maybe Lennie turned round to Raj and said we really need to address this, something JA may not have done or been assed doing ! just weird how all of a sudden we can afford a decent CB and hes in there and we have 2 clean sheets. Makes you think for sure what is going on!

if KP gets these other lads in with the attributes he has spoken about then i think we will be just fine ! given also Lacey, Cooke and Mani D are due back too !

Think the credit for Parkes lies firmly at Mr Monks door.
