The youth team are having a good season. They have reached the semi final of the EFL Youth Alliance Cup. The Supporters Association have been fund raising to buy equipment for the Youth Team and on Wednesday 31st. Jan. the fund raising will continue with a Quiz Night starting at 8pm. There is a music quiz followed by a general knowledge quiz. Cash and beer prizes are there to be won. Do come along and support the youth team you will be made welcome.

Academy beat Stockport 5 -1 in the EFL Youth Alliance Cup to reach the semi finals.

Just a reminder of Wednesday’s Quiz Night . 8pm start.

Excellent night at the Corner Flag. Several teams competed for the prizes up for grabs with Peter W’s team winning the music quiz and a Billingham Poolies team winning the general knowledge quiz. Over £100 was raised for the youth team ,which means that the fund has now passed the £1000 mark. A big thank you to all who attended and for those who didn’t , look out for the next quiz night early in March.

I, and a couple of others, had thought about coming through last night, but our GK king is in hospital at the moment, so gave it a miss. Looks like the 'other' BP was there instead!
