Don't you think the King's speech - well actually the PM in 10 Downing Street speech is for the main a load of boll*cks and most if not all will never be made law during the few months left of this government.

1) It doesn't change my stance on it will never happen

&

2) Poor old Southend might not be about in a further few days time - 17th isn't this the last day of reckoning?

do think southend will be fine but unsure if an independant football regulator will have the teeth or even the wesh to change things in fans favour.

Maybe a new owner(at any club, our level) should leave a bond £ with the league in case things go tits up to keep a club afloat.

now that is a good idea. if its made large enough it may show that they have sufficiant funds in the first place.

if you have to have one she,d have been a better option. how about a vote from the people to who got the job instead of giving it to the eldest person.
