Looking at the Trust FB page ‘Singh stated he will only fund the club in the short term and was open about the costs of continuing to the end of the season then cash flow moving forward.’?
I will let the ‘accountants’ on here to decide what he is meaning ?

Certainly worrying times.
Hopefully someone with deep pockets and the nous to run a football club is going to come along soon.
Don't know how he can be taking out all he can if he's agreed to cover losses till the end of the season. As for the accounts, they've submitted all they need to to Companies House. I'm sure he'll be willing to give access to the full financial picture to prospective buyers.

If my heart wasn't in it I'd do the same to be honest. That's the problem when the owner isn't really a fan as we have found out to our cost a few times already.

I think one look at the wages and length of contracts the players are on would scare the shits out of many prospective owners.

If anyone is prepared to throw 8/10 million notes away in investing in Hartlepool it would make a great game of Football Manager with the result that we would either be playing in Division 1 of the Football League or in the Northern Premier.

As predicted by the darlo fans who said exactly what would happen, i hope i get some credit then if someone comes and takes over and gives some fans the club it deserves, quite a few seem very content watching the club implode. As raj said when he arrived he was a stop gap, so why is everyone shitting themselves? Are we not better off finding an owner now and risking everything? Or shall we wait another 3 years when were bottom of another league and then risking everything? Its only going to get worse with this man in charge, he has proved he is totally put of his depth running two football clubs now.

Football clubs seem to be the fashion at the minute for buyers so im more than prepared to take our chances now, than wait when were down to 1500 or so in the dog and duck league.

No im not for the idea of starting again. What ive said in the past is if were going to keep going as we are it wouldnt make much difference if we did, a bit of a difference. If we did have to start again, worst cade scenario it would most likely be in the old evo stik league either one or even 2 leagues below the conference north.

But raj said he would leave us in good hands? Wants to be remembered as a good guy. Dont you trust him now he is selling to do that? Afterall he said himself he wants to see proof of funds so in safe hands we are. No one bought southend till the last minute. Maybe some are waiting for raj to get desperate to sell? Who knows? Maybe raj is just someone very hard to deal with? Lets not forget this guy totally denied any american interest, to then last week say well yeah they talked to us and other clubs? So what is it raj no interest? Or some?

No id prefer to hold on, but the way its going at present we will be in the conference north before long. 18 wins in 82 games tells you this aint no blip. Or 7 defeats in. 10. To me if raj was in charge of us in the conference north then id probobly be of the opinion yeah i dont mind starting a league lower with new owners with a clue. Lets be honest darlo breezed through the lower leagues. The conference north is a total different ball game as they found out. I think you would agree whats going on at present cant continue? Appointing manager after manager? Crowds dwindling from 5000 to 5500 now to 3600? Good players leaving every year replaced by in the main substandard? Not being able to compete in the main with 99 percent of the clubs in league 2 for players. Staff leaving every few month? Do you get the opinion something aint right in the club?

If we go tits up and Raj walks without a new owner it's fantastic to think we'll be treated more favourably than Darlo - ie tier 9. Will we be able to stay at the Vic? How many will support a new club?
To think we'll be in NLN at the Vic with 3500 turning up every match is naive in the extreme. We desperately need a new owner not a new club.

The ‘theory’ is ….we go down to the Cabbage and Sprout League, then storm up the league with our supposedly better players and bigger budget and it’s promotion every season after that to get back to where we where to begin with.

surely some mistake?
I prefer the don’t give an inch, sort out the dressing room sharpish, set a new course and stabilise this season and save all those trips to ‘Little snoring on the wold FC’….. looking for glory.

mind you macclesfield since they were reformed are getting bigger gates now than when they were in the league. Keepong the vic like they have kept moss rose is whats needed. cannot think of a real reformed club who lost either league or national league status have improved the division they played in after that. really afc halifax are back to where halifax town were.

No matter what business you are in if you are making money you are not bothered about the flack, look at the Glaziers at Man U, water off a ducks back to them.
Maybe it’s why the players aren’t bothered, if Singh pulls out at the end of the season they could be on the dole while some will be as their contracts will have expired.

Did accrington reform?

yes and playing in the same league as when they resigned but on similar gates they got then. from resigning to becoming a league club again took em over 40 years. surely no one would like pools to copy that.

As predicted by the darlo fans who said exactly what would happen, i hope i get some credit then if someone comes and takes over and gives some fans the club it deserves, quite a few seem very content watching the club implode. As raj said when he arrived he was a stop gap, so why is everyone shitting themselves? Are we not better off finding an owner now and risking everything? Or shall we wait another 3 years when were bottom of another league and then risking everything? Its only going to get worse with this man in charge, he has proved he is totally put of his depth running two football clubs now.

Football clubs seem to be the fashion at the minute for buyers so im more than prepared to take our chances now, than wait when were down to 1500 or so in the dog and duck league.
