Worth taking a look at the Southend board regarding Mancini. I was amazed at the amount of good comments made about an opposing player. Infact I cannot even remember this board praising our players to this extent. He really had a positive effect on them.

As I posted somewhere else; a Southend fan said he was a like having a 'cheat code'. Great comment.

If after the the Barnet game the team needed judgeing by October then let's abide by the same philosophy for individuals.

Lots can happen by then including a EFL club negotiating a deal with his agent bfor the efl transfer window shuts.
Early days we were looking good this time 2 years ago.
UTP.

In the meantime teams will be doubling up on him leaving space for others. He's got everything apart from showing a bit of composure in the final third which is possibly down to sheer enthusiasm, he'll only get better for us as long as we can keep a hold of him.

I disagree he has composure. He will get even better because quality never goes away.

We'll do well to hold on to him for the whole season. But if he does leave then clearly both him and us are having a good season and we should cash in assuming he has a contract of at least a year. Win Win really rolf

This whole topic is a joke….Southend fans are like survivors in a rubber dinghy with a hole in it in a storm 10 sea discussing the yacht they’re gonna buy when they get rescued.
