know nothing about the world of accounts and all its jargon but i,m sure i have heard of other clubs being slow on submitting there,s as well.

this sometimes happens and has in the past when a club is being taken over / new owners wanting more time to look over the figures etc...

not uncommon in football when a takeover is happening im being told
